Job summary

Join M&G as Platform Telephone Account Manager, a homebased UK role focused on rebuilding momentum and deepening partnerships with adviser firms for the M&G Wealth Platform. You will drive growth, engage strategically, and coordinate with the sales and Adoption teams to ensure an excellent adviser and client journey.

You will work with a high‑performing team, utilise your consultative selling skills, and help advisers realise the platform’s differentiators and commercial benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of the financial advice marketplace and back‑office mechanics.
• Familiarity with IFA platforms and back‑office systems is desirable.
• Experience in strategizing and selling to adviser firms.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with adviser firms as primary contact for M&G Platform.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the platform.
• Coordinate operational support for a high‑quality adviser and client journey.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and align with firm plans.
• Collaborate with the sales team to uncover platform opportunities.
• Communicate progress against plans, activity, and pipeline.
