Associate Director, Platforms (BBBH156856) London, England

An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead and optimise platform relationships across UK, European, and Asian fund distribution channels.

The Associate Director will manage strategic platform partnerships, negotiate and maintain distribution agreements, oversee fee structures and rebates, and drive operational excellence through automation and data accuracy. A key focus will be on enhancing visibility across European investment platforms and managing fee governance, including regular review and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with both UK and European platforms, a strong understanding of fee models, and hands-on exposure to LUX SICAV structures alongside broader UCITS and segregated mandates.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally to align platform operations with business goals, support sales enablement through insights on market access, and lead process enhancements that improve scale and control. Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership capability, and platform domain expertise are critical for success in this role.
