Job summary

M&G is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager for the UK to drive adoption of the M&G Wealth Platform among adviser firms. You’ll work with Platform Adoption and Client Relations teams to deepen partnerships, embed the platform, and grow assets under administration.

You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with advisers, and coordinate due diligence and transitions to ensure a smooth platform experience that supports growth across the adviser market.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of the financial advice marketplace and adviser back-office mechanics.
• Experience working with IFA firms and adviser propositions.
• Excellent consultative selling skills with a focus on targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sign up advisory firms to the M&G Platform and set up account plans.
• Coordinate client segmentation and asset transition processes for platform onboarding.
• Build relationships with advisers, administration staff and business owners at paneled firms.
