Job summary

Alignerr seeks a PhD-level biochemist to join as an AI Data Trainer. This fully remote hourly contract role leverages deep expertise in biochemistry to guide AI reasoning, with no prior AI experience required beyond rigorous scientific thinking.

You will design advanced problems, author ground-truth solutions, audit AI outputs, and refine AI reasoning. Flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) offer collaboration with leading researchers worldwide.

Qualifications

• PhD or PhD in final stages in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or closely related field.
• Strong foundation in biochemistry, structural biology, enzymology, cellular metabolism, genomics, or bioinformatics.
• Excellent scientific writing and ability to communicate complex concepts in English.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced biochemistry challenges spanning nucleic acid chemistry, proteomics, structural biology, and drug-target interactions.
• Author rigorous, step-by-step ground-truth solutions for high-level scientific tasks.
