Alignerr is seeking Masters-level biology professionals to design and evaluate prompts and benchmarks for AI models. You will create graduate-level biology problems, draft step-by-step explanations, and assess AI outputs for accuracy and depth.

This fully remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and high autonomy, with opportunities for ongoing projects and renewals. No AI experience is required; your biology expertise is what matters.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains.
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely in writing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to provide structured, constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
• No prior AI experience required.

• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise scientific reasoning.
