Job summary

Causaly is seeking a Strategy and Solutions Lead to incubate new growth opportunities at the intersection of AI, data, product, and pharma customers across R&D and commercial functions. You will shape strategic partnerships, own opportunities from initial talks to executive decisions, and translate ambiguous requests into scalable, repeatable solution plays grounded in pharma workflows.

This role offers autonomy, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver value

Qualifications

• 7+ years at intersection of pharma/life sciences strategy, AI and data, and enterprise customers.
• Experience leading discussions with senior R&D and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to turn ambiguous asks into scalable solution plays.
• Comfort driving executive decisioning across Product, Engineering, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and shaping of strategic opportunities requiring new capabilities or integrations.
• Drive executive decisioning on pursue/park/decline with rationale and implications.
• Lead senior R&D and commercial conversations translating demand into scalable paths.
• Design and steer technical solutions with API and data integration considerations.
• Build repeatable solution playbooks anchored in pharma workflows.
• Validate plays via lighthouse execution with Sales.
• Hand off validated plays into BAU with training and assets.
