Flo Health is seeking a freelance Performance Copywriter for a 3‑month, full-time contract, fully remote within the UK. You will own TTC & Pregnancy copy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, delivering high‑volume ideas from briefs and iterating with AI tools.

Collaboration with designers and a focus on performance metrics are essential to success. You should bring 2–4 years in performance copy, a live ads portfolio, and a native English level with strong platform-specific insight.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in performance or direct-response copywriting, in-house or agency.
• Portfolio of live ads across several platforms with test results.
• Understanding of platform-specific copy effectiveness (thumb-stopping hooks, CTR, app store conversions).
• Native-level English with ability to justify why lines work.

Responsibilities

• Own TTC & Pregnancy copy across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Moloco and ASO from briefs.
• Monitor day-to-day performance and refresh creatives based on Looker data.
• Write weekly hooks, angles, scripts and variants for different platforms and funnels.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals work as a unified concept.
• Propose new tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Use AI tools to explore variations while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Write brand-aligned launch and awareness copy and support social channels.
• Provide feedback to junior copywriters and ensure compliance before reviews.
