Job summary

Flo Health Inc. is seeking a performance copywriter for a 3-month, fully remote contract within the UK. You’ll own one focus area and manage copy from concept to production, testing and iteration, delivering high-volume ideas across platforms.

You’ll work with Creative Strategy briefs, collaborate with designers, use AI tools and analytics to optimise hooks, angles and conversions, and mentor junior copywriters. Health, wellness or subscription app experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in performance or direct-response copywriting
• Portfolio of live ads across several platforms with results
• Understanding of how copy and success metrics differ by platform
• Daily use of AI tools with good judgment
• Health topics require careful framing; no misleading claims
• Native-level English, with ability to justify why a line works

Responsibilities

• Own TTC & Pregnancy copy across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Moloco and ASO, from briefs to production
• Monitor day-to-day results in Looker and refresh creatives to maintain performance
• Write new hooks, angles, scripts and variants weekly across platforms
• Ensure ad copy fits the funnel and integrates with onboarding
• Collaborate with designers to align copy and visuals
• Propose tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics
• Use AI tools to generate variations and summarise results; critique outputs
• Write launch and awareness copy in collaboration with Brand
• Provide feedback to junior copywriters and ensure compliant health messaging
