Job summary

Flo is seeking a performance copywriter for a 3-month, full-time freelance contract, fully remote within the UK. You will own one focus area (e.g., Track & Symptoms) and handle end-to-end copy from concept to production, testing, and iteration using AI tools to expand ideas while maintaining quality.

You’ll produce high volumes of platform-specific copy, adapt for each funnel, and work with designers to ensure cohesive messaging.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of performance/direct-response copywriting experience.
• Portfolio with live ads across multiple platforms.
• Ability to explain why a line should work and adapt copy to platform dynamics.
• Comfort using AI tools and evaluating AI output critically.

Responsibilities

• Own TTC & Pregnancy copy across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Moloco and ASO.
• Monitor day-to-day results and refresh Looker dashboards to prevent spend loss.
• Write new hooks, angles, scripts and variants weekly with one-test-per-idea approach.
• Ensure ad copy aligns with funnel destinations (web/app) and onboarding.
• Collaborate with designers to align copy and visuals as a single concept.
• Propose simple hypotheses and tests with clear success metrics.
• Provide feedback to junior copywriters and incorporate legal/medical review feedback.
