Mira, a San Francisco-based hormonal health company, is hiring a Performance Copywriter (Women’s Health) to own top-of-funnel copy across paid ads, landing pages and CRO tests. You will craft hooky headlines and scannable pages that move cold traffic into believers, reporting to the Copy Lead within a global copy team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in e‑commerce and paid copy, a strong portfolio with measurable performance, and a fluency with AI-assisted writing tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience in e-commerce and paid ad copywriting.
• Portfolio showing measurable performance across landing pages, ads, or lead-gen content.
• Track record of testing and iterating against real conversion data.
• Genuine copy craft: hooky, scroll-stopping, scannable and clear writing.

Responsibilities

• Write paid ad copy and video scripts with strong creative insight.
• Own copy for product pages, landing pages and CRO tests.
• Push for non-standard ideas and study trends for top-performing brands.
• Test and iterate copy with data-driven cadence with marketing teams.
• Use AI to speed ideation while avoiding generic-sounding content.
