Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Pension Payroll Associate to join the Pension Payroll team. You will process pension payrolls, ensure timely HMRC submissions, and manage BACS recalls while collaborating with Treasury and Admin teams.

The role supports overseas payments and year-end activity, with a focus on accuracy and deadlines. Hybrid Bristol or remote UK work options are available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Exposure to payroll and/or manual tax calculations is desirable.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) is expected.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problems.
• Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Confident communication and a customer-service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Process allocated pension payrolls accurately and on time.
• Ensure HMRC submissions, including nil returns, are completed by deadline.
• Check BACS submissions and resolve issues with Treasury and Admin teams.
• Set up overseas banking for pensioners living abroad.
• Handle P60 and payslip requests and support year-end activity.
• Maintain training logs and participate in team meetings.
