Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking an Engineering System IT Support to maintain and improve engineering IT services. You will report to the Engineering Systems IT Manager and help manage deployment of software, patching, and upgrades while resolving incidents.

This remote role supports SpinCo and global operations. The day‑to‑day includes maintaining IT services, building/testing deployment packages, and handling tickets related to incidents and problems.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Knowledge of Autodesk applications.
Experience using deployment and inventory SCCM tools such as PDQ.
Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019) and basic iOS knowledge.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and geographically distributed team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and supporting engineering IT services to ensure systems remain operational and continue to meet end‑user requirements.
Managing software deployment activities, including building, testing, and debugging application packages for future releases.
Handling support tickets related to incident resolution and problem management, as well as coordinating software installations, patching, and system upgrades.
