Dexory is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our engineering org, acting as the intelligent interface between teams and customer deployments in real-world logistics environments.

You will query data across logs, databases, and observability tools, interpret point cloud data, and work with Grafana, AWS, and robotics tooling to diagnose root causes. This role demands curiosity, strong communication, and willingness to travel internationally to customer sites as we scale.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in solutions engineering or technical operations.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on with Grafana and dashboards.
• Experience with Linux, SSH, bash, networking basics.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Python or similar scripting for tooling.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tooling.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex multi-system problems from data logs and telemetry.
• Build dashboards and alerts to monitor fleet health.
• Support end-to-end deployments, including WMS/ERP integrations.
• Escalate issues with well-structured summaries and routing.
• Communicate findings clearly to engineering teams and customers.
• Develop tooling to automate repeatable investigations.
