Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and meet KPIs while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts from study participants.
• Conduct pre-screening assessments using approved scripts.
• Explain study opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Determine participant eligibility against criteria for each study.
• Record interactions accurately in internal systems and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with sites and stakeholders to support recruitment goals.
