Havas Lynx Faze is seeking a compassionate Patient Services Advisor to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in clinical research studies, handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting pre-screening, and guiding participants through study requirements.

This part-time, permanent role requires excellent communication, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to work remotely across multiple systems while meeting KPIs and GDPR/privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre or patient services roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective study participants.
• Perform initial pre-screening against study criteria.
• Guide participants to suitable trial locations based on travel needs.
• Record interactions accurately in internal systems and maintain GDPR/privacy compliance.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.
