Job summary

Dispensed is hiring an Initial Care Call Assistant to contact new patients, guide them through onboarding, and coordinate their path to consultation and treatment. You'll work remotely from the UK, with a 3-month contract and UK hours, approx. 40 outbound calls daily, each 10–12 minutes long.

You'll review SCR data, use CRM tools, and escalate when needed, collaborating with Customer Experience and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, clinic, pharmacy, or patient-facing env.
• Excellent communication over the phone.
• Remote work suitability with high organisation and privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Make ~40 outbound initial care calls per day to new patients.
• Ensure new patients can book and speak within 24 hours.
• Build rapport and provide clear next steps to patients.
