Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law with focus on technology and AI matters.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to generate work through networks and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and client-focused in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a corporate solicitor in technology-focused transactions.
• Participate as a Partner with business development responsibilities.
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements autonomously.
• Grow your own client following within a flexible platform.
