Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law, with technology and AI focus.
• Strong drafting and advocacy capabilities.
• Ability to generate work through contacts and business development.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with client growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate law advice with emphasis on technology transactions and AI regulatory implications.
• Operate as a Partner with control over client relationships and fee arrangements.
• Develop business opportunities via network and client development.
