Qualifications

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to generate work through existing contacts and business development initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following.
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Partner and participate in business development.
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements.
• Work across complex corporate transactions in technology & AI.
• Operate in a fully remote UK setting.
