Kingsley Wood, a pioneering legal consultancy, seeks a corporate solicitor with a strong Technology & AI focus to join as a Consultant Partner. You will manage client relationships, drive business development, and lead complex technology transactions from a remote UK base.

This role offers autonomy, flexible hours, and a competitive fee-share model (up to 85%, minimum 75%), with full administrative support and access to a collaborative partner network.

Qualifications

• 4 years+ PQE in corporate law specialising in Technology & AI
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with ability to grow own client following
• Comfortable working flexibly in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Lead as a Partner and participate in business development
• Manage client relationships and fee arrangements
• Utilise collaborative partner network and modern legal tech infrastructure
• Provide high-quality corporate legal services across technology-focused transactions
