Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a corporate solicitor with strong Technology & AI law experience to join as a Consultant Partner in a fully remote UK role. You will manage a broad range of corporate matters, develop client relationships, and participate in business development while enjoying flexible hours and autonomy.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and capable of building a scalable practice with a client following, under a competitive fees share structure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Capable of generating work via existing contacts and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate transactions for technology & AI clients.
• Develop and manage client relationships and fee arrangements.
• Drive business development to grow client following as a Partner.
• Operate with autonomy and flexible hours in a remote setting.
