Michael Page is seeking a Part-time Marketing Assistant/Analyst to support day-to-day marketing delivery for an Industrial/Manufacturing organisation. You will coordinate product and item data administration across internal systems and manage incoming requests to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will monitor workflows, liaise with cross-functional teams, maintain records to governance standards, and provide proactive administrative support across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail to maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Experience with business systems and databases, ideally ERP like SAP.
• Confident in managing administrative processes and following structured procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management across teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to own tasks to completion.
• Effective written and verbal communication to gather information and provide updates.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
