Job summary

Origen Financial Services Limited is seeking an experienced Paraplanner for a remote role with monthly attendance at the Farnborough office. The position offers a competitive salary up to 50k and requires strong planning, organisation, and client documentation skills to deliver timely advice and meet service levels.

You will review fact-finds, perform research and prepare draft reports, coordinating with BQU and advisers to ensure high-quality files across the client book.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma qualification.
• Paraplanning experience essential across providers.
• Financial services experience essential, preferably in life/pensions.

Responsibilities

• Review private fact-finds and ensure client needs are clearly documented, challenge advisers as needed.
• Perform research, tax calculations, and illustrations to support holistic advice.
• Draft suitability reports for adviser approval using templates and factual justification.
