Partnerize is seeking a pragmatic Paralegal to join our global Legal team. You will own end-to-end contract management for the EMEA and JAPAC regions, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and advise business leaders across the organization.

This role blends remote work with time in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, and is not a training contract. You will work with Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success, maintain a structured contract repository, run approval processes, and report on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with contract management exposure.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS).
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical problem solving.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar contract CRM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support global Sales and Customer success by managing end-to-end contract processes.
• Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts.
• Maintain contract repository and manage approvals.
• Provide training on standard contract documents and processes.
• Produce contract analytics and reporting.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
