FINN Partners is a global independent marketing agency known for bold ideas and collaboration. The Paid Media Executive, Performance role sits within the Performance Media team, spanning paid search, social, and programmatic to drive client outcomes.

You will build hands-on campaigns with the in‑house team, manage budgets, report results, and continually learn new platforms and tools in a remote‑first, hybrid environment with optional London office days.

Qualifications

• G Suite, Sheets, Docs and Slides proficiency.
• Experience with self‑serve social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).
• Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio).
• Strong analytical, writing, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with excellent problem solving.
• Paid media experience in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Solid project management and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with FINN's reporting dashboards (NinjaCat, Funnel) or similar.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, OpenAI, Copilot, Claude) to support planning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of integrated media plans and strategies.
• Oversee end‑to‑end management of media campaigns.
• Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and ROI.
• Execute a wide variety of online media (display, video, paid social, PPC).
• Construct and deliver detailed reports every month.
• Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools and agency resources.
• Daily pacing and budget tracking.
• Stay up‑to‑date with media trends and best practices; learn latest platforms/tools.
