Job summary

FINN Partners is seeking a Media Planner, Performance to build hands-on expertise across paid search, paid social, and programmatic. You will develop integrated media plans, manage campaigns end-to-end, and report on KPIs and ROI.

You’ll work with in-house Paid Media to drive conversions or awareness and stay ahead of media trends, with a hybrid work model including London office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid media in an agency or in-house environment.
• Proficiency with media planning tools and reporting platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of integrated media plans and strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end management of media campaigns.
• Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and ROI.
• Execute a wide variety of online media (display, video, paid social, PPC).
• Construct and deliver detailed reports every month.
• Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools.
