Job summary

FINN Partners UK is seeking an Associate Media Director, Performance to lead strategy across paid search, paid social and programmatic for multiple client accounts. You will translate client objectives into measurable media plans, manage budgets and drive optimization with data insights.

You will mentor a growing team, contribute to new business, and collaborate with strategy, creative and analytics to deliver integrated campaigns. This remote-first role offers hybrid in-office days in London.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance media strategies across multiple channels.
• Hands-on knowledge of paid search, paid social and/or programmatic media.
• Experience managing significant client budgets and making investment decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Leadership experience including mentoring and developing juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance media strategy and planning across client accounts.
• Own development and presentation of media plans, forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee end-to-end management of paid media campaigns from planning to reporting.
• Provide strategic direction across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Mentor and manage performance media specialists, supporting career development.
