Horizon Care, part of Natali Healthcare Solutions, seeks an On-Call Operator for overnight domiciliary care in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for staff and clients during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, ensuring care runs smoothly when the office is closed.

This fully remote role requires handling emergencies, supporting staff, and delivering clear handovers while upholding safeguarding and CQC compliance. Driving licence and car with business insurance are essential.

Formación

• Experience in domiciliary or health & social care is essential.
• Strong rota management and problem-solving abilities required.
• Calm, confident decision-making under pressure.
• Access to a reliable phone and internet during shifts.
• Driving licence with own car and business insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle urgent calls from carers, clients and professionals.
• Resolve rota issues such as sickness and last-minute cover.
• Monitor visits via PASSsystem and ensure all visits are accounted for.
• Escalate safeguarding or critical concerns as needed.
• Cover care in an emergency.
