Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Healthcare staffing, recruitment or bookings experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and urgent staffing requests.
• Book healthcare professionals into available shifts.
• Respond quickly to last-minute cancellations and arrange replacement cover.
• Proactively contact available staff to fill outstanding shifts.
• Support recruitment and maintain a strong pool of healthcare workers.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure staffing support.
