About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing hospitality group, is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, with a significant focus on operations within the East London region. This role is critical for ensuring operational excellence, driving guest satisfaction, and achieving financial targets across all managed locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality operations, and a proven ability to manage diverse teams and facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hospitality properties within the designated region, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by implementing effective sales and operational strategies.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and profit enhancement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop property management teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance.
• Collaborate with corporate departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Finance) to align regional operations with overall company strategy.
• Conduct regular property inspections and provide actionable feedback and support to management teams.
• Identify and implement best practices across all managed properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations management, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit or regional management role.
• Proven track record of success in managing P&Ls, driving revenue, and controlling costs in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and other relevant hospitality software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region and occasionally to other locations.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the East London area.
