Job summary

Knovia Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in a remote role with occasional travel to meet learners and stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering exceptional learner experiences, driving operational performance, and supporting commercial growth within a part-time, 23.25-hour week.

You will conduct regular 1:1s, drive data-informed decisions, maintain safeguarding standards, and collaborate with the People Team to develop staff

• Ability to manage deadlines and operational targets with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and appraisals, coaching and mentoring to hit KPIs.
• Drive occupancy and performance using data to inform decisions.
• Provide regular data insights on learner occupancy, starts, and forecasted needs.
• Ensure quality processes, with collaboration across Quality teams.
