Job summary

Nebosh is seeking an experienced Operational Delivery Manager to lead an Operations Team Leaders, shaping a high‑performing, customer‑focused function in a hybrid Leicester role. You will drive performance, risk management and continuous improvement across delivery activities.

You will coach leaders, align resources with business priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient service and excellent learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing people in customer-focused or operational environments, with success in leading and coaching managers and Team Leaders.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and manage performance.
• Ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders and to balance strategic and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Operations Team Leaders to grow their leadership capability and manage teams effectively.
• Build a high-performing, engaged Operations function that delivers a positive learner experience.
• Oversee workloads, service levels, performance metrics and resource planning.
• Escalate risks, capacity issues and service problems as needed and ensure effective mitigation.
• oversee assessment, results and certification activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead operational change, continuous improvement and the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent Operations in meetings and projects.
