Job summary

GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED seeks a proactive Customer Service Administrator for the property surveys sector. This fully remote, contract role combines sales, scheduling and operational coordination to convert enquiries into bookings.

You will manage surveyor diaries, coordinate access, and drive business growth through strong client relationships. Prior property-related experience is preferred, with a can-do attitude and efficient CRM use.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, residential sales, or homebuyer surveys is preferred.
• Commercial awareness with ability to sell professional services.
• Strong organisational and logistical planning skills.
• Personable, articulate and detail focused with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via CRM and channels; present and sell services to secure bookings.
• Monitor instructions through to completion and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate property access with vendors and selling agents; plan two surveys per day.
• Reconfirm appointments 24 hours in advance and ensure documentation compliance.
• Build relationships with local estate agents and secure repeat business.
