Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Operations Lead for a fully remote role. You will oversee day-to-day operations for distributed teams, optimize workflows, manage projects, and drive efficient processes in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in operations management, 3+ in leadership, and a proven track record with remote teams in tech. You will partner with HR, vendors, and executives to ensure timely delivery, strong communication, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations required and 7+ years in operations management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing remote or distributed teams.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of PM methodologies.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency in a remote setup.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities for remote teams.
• Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows for a remote workforce.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Foster communication and collaboration among distributed team members.
• Manage vendor relationships and resource allocation.
• Develop and track KPIs for operational effectiveness.
