Job summary

Bupa Place in Salford Quays is seeking a Health Assessments Booking Advisor to support our webchat and telephone customers. You will help clients book health assessments, MSK appointments, GP visits and other primary care products, delivering a friendly, efficient service.

You will handle inbound and outbound contacts, meet revenue targets, upsell where appropriate, and collaborate with centres and the contracts team to ensure accurate bookings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service/sales environment with strong customer focus.
• Understanding of customer service principles and commitment to service excellence.
• PC literate with knowledge of Windows-based packages; strong admin skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to interact with customers at all levels.
• Excellent time management; work quickly and accurately in pressure.
• Able to adapt to a high achieving sales team and meet individual and team targets.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude within the team.

Health Assessments Booking Advisor - Webchat

PermanantFull Time (37.5 HOURS)Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester / HybridHybrid workingShifts: Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm Saturdays 8am - 4pm (one in three / four weeks, with a day off during the week if working a Saturday).

£27,210 + Performance based bonus

The role

This is an exciting role working within Health Services. You will be dealing with both new and repeat self pay or corporate customers, selling and assisting them in booking their Health Assessment, MSK appointments, GP visit and many more primary care products. This could be via the telephone or webchat.

You'll help us make health happen by

• Working towards achieving a monthly revenue target and also an overall annual target
• Work on inbound and outbound calls
• Arrange appointments within our Bupa clinics and liaise with the centres on a daily basis
• Communicate with customers either via the telephone, email or webchat
• Work with the eligibility & contracts team to ensure corporate customers are covered
• Offer upgrades and cross sell other products

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

• You will have experience of working in a customer service/sales environment and demonstrating strong customer focused skills and an ability to up sell added products.
• Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
• You will be PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages and have the ability to combine communication and admin skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels, taking a firm yet diplomatic approach if necessary.
• Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environment
• Ability to adapt to a tight, high achieving sales team and to be responsible for both individual and team targets
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Be able to remain positive and calm whilst projecting a 'can do' attitude within the team/department
