Job summary

Siemens Energy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Project Manager to lead the end-to-end tender, contract and commercial negotiations within a multidisciplinary team. Based in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne/Northeast England region, you will blend technical insight with commercial rigour to win and deliver complex projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage governance, and coach a high-performing team, driving on-time delivery while safeguarding Siemens Energy’s interests

Qualifications

• Background in Sales, Project Management or Engineering.
• International project sales experience in wind energy or construction is beneficial.
• Experience with complex sales or project management in multicultural teams.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales project end-to-end, delivering timely, competitive and compliant tender submissions.
• Lead customer negotiations and take full responsibility for concluding customer contracts in a way which meets the customer requirements whilst protecting SGRE’s interests.
• Drive the project through SGRE’s sales processes, ensuring full compliance with internal governance.
• Lead, support and develop a high-performing sales project team.
• Manage and execute day-to-day project activities, tracking progress and ensuring on-time delivery.
