JERA Nex bp, London-based offshore wind company, seeks a Security Subject Lead to embed risk-based security across the portfolio and support broader HSSE initiatives. You will drive security risk management, collaborate with operational teams and ensure robust controls throughout asset lifecycles.

Lead risk assessments, coordinate third‑party security providers, and advise on design principles and protective measures.

Formación

• Experience in HSSE, risk, security or operations within a high-hazard industry.
• Broad understanding of HSSE risk management principles.
• Experience supporting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence across levels.
• Ability to interpret risk information, analyze trends and advise on actions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Security Subject Lead and trusted point of contact for physical security.
• Lead and improve security risk management processes and guidance.
• Promote Security by Design in projects, assets and infrastructure.
• Coordinate security risk assessments and advise on controls.
• Manage specialist third‑party security providers and support projects.
• Monitor threats and provide risk-based advice to protect people and assets.
