JERA Nex bp is a global offshore wind company headquartered in London, delivering a world-class risk management program. We are seeking a Senior Risk Officer to implement the risk framework across the organisation, embed risk practices and strengthen risk awareness among teams.

You will lead risk identification, monitoring, and reporting, maintain risk registers, and provide independent assurance to senior management and the Board while promoting a proactive risk culture and exploring digital

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of experience in risk management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in programme management and leading cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Implement and embed the corporate risk management framework.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain risk registers and owned risk management.
• Prepare consolidated risk reports for senior management and boards.
• Lead cross-functional risk initiatives; monitor industry trends.
• Promote proactive risk culture across the company.
• Assess potential adoption of digital risk tools.
