NexGen Networks is seeking a NOC Technician to build, configure, and troubleshoot carrier-class networks. This full-time remote role monitors, troubleshoots, and resolves network issues as part of a team of network professionals to maintain performance and reliability.

You will work with routers, switches, firewalls, WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and routing protocols, and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or Network+ are desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required or equivalent.
• Certifications CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.
• Experience with routers, switches, and firewall technologies is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Exceptional knowledge of Network Administration and Troubleshooting.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues in a remote setting.
• Work with WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, switching/routing protocols and related technologies.
• Communicate effectively and solve problems in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Visio and Excel is a plus.
• Ability to work unsupervised while utilizing guidance when needed.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
