Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contractor’s Engineering Manager (CEM) on significant Network Rail projects.
• Deep understanding of Network Rail's engineering processes, standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive engineering leadership and management for the Network Rail contract.
• Act as the primary engineering interface with Network Rail.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with Network Rail's technical specifications.
• Oversee the technical strategy and execution for the contract.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate engineering risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effectively manage relationships with Network Rail stakeholders.
• Actively mentor and guide employees in engineering best practices.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and provide regular progress reports.
