Tate is seeking a National Projects Manager to lead a major capital project protecting England's historic environment. You will coordinate internal specialists and external partners to move the project forward, delivering the business case and governance for a national archives centre.

You will manage multi-stakeholder delivery, develop business cases, and ensure compliance with CDM, JCT contracts and Treasury guidelines, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a remote-working,

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder construction projects on public estates.
• Proven skills in budget management, public sector procurement, construction contracts, JCT contracts and risk management.
• Knowledge of building methods, materials, defects, maintenance and repair; familiarity with planning and health & safety requirements.
• Understanding of RIBA Plan of Work and sustainable design considerations.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end project planning and delivery, including benefits, budgets, risks, milestones and reporting.
• Develop business cases and tender documents, leading procurement and negotiations in line with organisational policies and Treasury Green Book requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, facilities managers and technical conservation specialists.
• Ensure statutory, regulatory, health and safety, CDM, security, JCT contract and governance requirements are addressed.
• Apply project controls aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work and Government Functional Standard for Project Delivery.
• Support governance and assurance processes, communicate progress to senior stakeholders and capture lessons learned.
• Contribute to other projects and programmes, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues through mentoring and collaboration.
