Tate seeks an experienced construction project manager to lead a nationally significant heritage capital project in England. You will drive the business case, manage end-to-end delivery, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team across internal specialists and external partners.

Formación

• Qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management or Architecture, plus experience on public estates projects.
• Experience managing construction projects with multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven budget management, procurement and risk handling in public sector contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end project planning and delivery, including benefits, budgets, risks, milestones and reporting.
• Develop business cases and tender documents, leading procurement and negotiations in line with policies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, surveyors, facilities managers, conservation specialists).
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, health and safety, CDM, security, JCT contracts and governance.
• Apply project controls aligned with RIBA Plan of Work and Government Functional Standard for Project Delivery.
• Support governance processes and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to other projects and mentor colleagues to share knowledge.
