• Build relationships with stakeholders across sales, procurement, R&D and supply chain.
• Conduct regular reviews and monitor customers' development pipelines.
• Translate market and competitor insights into actionable plans.
• Coordinate engagement strategies and ensure consistent account management.
• Oversee contract administration, pricing and payments with internal teams.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and performance updates to drive objectives.
