Zusammenfassung

Littlefish is seeking a Service Desk Engineer fluent in French and German to deliver top-tier technical support to contract customers. This remote role requires strong customer service, ITSM experience, and the ability to diagnose across Windows-based environments.

You will work under the Service Desk Team Leader, resolving issues, communicating clearly in two languages, and ensuring SLAs are met while supporting how end users interact with enterprise technology.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in French and German required for the role.
• Previous 1st or 2nd line IT service desk experience.
• Experience with ITSM case management software.
• Knowledge of remote support tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 Admin Centre, Active Directory, Windows Server, and enterprise networks.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Anti-Virus, Print, and Laptop/PC hardware.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and manage networks and servers.
• Follow Littlefish standards and meet customer-specific SLAs when handling technical queries.
