Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team in the United Kingdom. You will design, implement, and optimise Zendesk as a complete resolution platform for enterprise customers, focusing on outcomes and value.

You will manage projects end-to-end, lead workshops, and translate customer needs into scalable Zendesk configurations, collaborating with services, pre-sales, post-sales, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience in consulting, implementation, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience delivering complex customer technology projects from planning and design through implementation and outcomes.
• Experience in SaaS, software implementation, or technical consulting with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, consulting, and design workshops, remotely and onsite.
• Translate requirements into Zendesk configurations and solutions.
• Onboard customers, adopt best practices, and drive platform adoption.
• Deliver engagements within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote, asynchronous EMEA environment.
