Job summary

Littlefish is seeking a Service Desk Engineer fluent in French and German to deliver top-tier technical support to contract customers in the UK. You will handle 1st/2nd line incidents, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and applications, and manage networks and servers while meeting SLAs.

You'll communicate clearly in French and German with customers, follow ITIL/ITSM practices, and work under the Service Desk Team Leader to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and German required.
• Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT service desk role.
• Experience with ITSM case management software.
• Knowledge of remote support tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Windows 10, Office 365 Admin Centre, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Enterprise Networks.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Anti-Virus, Print, and Laptop/PC hardware.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and manage networks and servers.
• Follow Littlefish standards and meet customer-specific SLAs when handling technical queries.
• Provide clear communication in French & German with customers to ensure issues are resolved swiftly.
