Zusammenfassung

Synextra Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently coordinate and deliver projects across our managed services environment, spanning cloud migrations to Azure, connectivity, enterprise services, AI and data transformation. You will own the full lifecycle, transforming High-Level Designs into structured delivery that aligns with client expectations, governance, and delivery capacity.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering IT/technology projects end-to-end, ideally within an MSP or managed services environment.
• Project governance and control experience (RAID, change control, status reporting).
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and hybrid delivery methods.
• Strong stakeholder management including C-level engagement.

Aufgaben

• Take full ownership of project delivery across the MSP portfolio from initiation through to closure.
• Turn High-Level Designs and client briefs into structured, realistic project plans with technical teams.
• Run the governance rhythm: RAID, change control, status reporting, steering.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) and tailor Scrum/Kanban approaches.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time progress visibility for clients and internal teams.
• Act as central contact across internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Manage operational handover to Managed Services, including documentation, training, and transition meetings to BAU.
• Report project status, risks, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and the Board.
• Track time recordings, forecasts, and utilisation; guide the team on reporting.
• Capture lessons learned to improve delivery and governance over time.
