Job summary

Synextra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently coordinate and deliver projects across our managed services environment, including cloud migrations to Azure, connectivity, and data transformation. You will own the full lifecycle, translating High-Level Designs into well-governed delivery that aligns with client expectations and our capacity and risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial track record delivering IT/technology projects end to end.
• Experience delivering IT/technology projects in an MSP or managed services environment.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership on prioritisation and investment decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence C-level and directors.
• Prince2 or similar project management qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Turn High-Level Designs into structured, realistic project plans with technical teams.
• Run governance rhythm: RAID, change control, status reporting, steering.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and tailor Scrum/Kanban approaches per project.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time progress and performance.
• Act as central contact across internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Oversee operational handover to Managed Services with documentation and training.
• Report status, risks and recommendations to Senior Leadership and the Board.
• Track time recordings, forecasts and utilisation; support team with guidance.
