Bupa is seeking a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist to work remotely with occasional attendance at Bupa Place in Salford Quays or a local Bupa Centre. The role offers a permanent salary of £43,000 (full-time equivalent) with a flexible 37.5 hour week and minimum 22.5 hours required, including 1 weekend in every 4.

Shifts include 8am–8pm, with evening and weekend options. You will deliver telephone assessments via video and audio, provide diagnoses, self-management guidance, and appropriate referrals,

Formación

• 2 years UK post qualification experience.
• Band 6/7 MSK physiotherapist experience.
• HCPC registration with professional accreditation.
• Ability to evaluate, plan and prioritise workload under demanding timescales.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical practice and ongoing learning.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering excellent standards of telephone assessments via video and audio capabilities.
• Provide diagnosis and self-management techniques with onward referral when needed.
• Monitor and follow up complex cases and escalate to Clinical Lead when required.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate advice and support.
• Manage customer pathways to deliver clinical outcomes at the best cost.
