• HCPC-registered Advanced Practice Physiotherapist with MSK expertise.
• Previous leadership, coaching or people management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership and support to APPs and EPPs in the MSK service.
• Deliver regular MSK clinical sessions with high patient care standards.
• Review customer feedback, complaints, incidents, and clinical risks.
• Conduct clinical audits and support quality assurance initiatives.
• Lead implementation of clinical policies and governance requirements.
• Mentor clinicians through coaching and supervision.
